I love teapots, and yet I haven’t kept one of these teapots; they’ve all been gifts. Technically I also have a massive collection of full-size teapots (somewhere around the mid-twenties I think, but don’t tell my husband!). The teapots I purchased with the intent to paint are still quite white. 😉 But, they’ll be added here someday.
Peacock Teapot, Nov 2012. I’m quite pleased how it turned out.
Started life as a plain Walmart Teapot; there are also rhinestones in the “eye” of the feather.
Indian Wedding Teapot, 2010: Turned out well, but learned that a clear teapot was a dumb idea.
At least you can mostly see the design on the lid. I stuffed it with a tea-towel for the pic.

Dec 2011: The other painted ornaments. The one with the white was my favorite, using a freestyle quilting pattern in paint.
